1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Restaurant Menu SaaS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a digital menu platform for restaurants. Restaurant owners can publish and manage their menus online. The Service does not process orders, payments, or handle delivery.

3. Restaurant Owner Accounts

Restaurant owner accounts are created manually by the platform administrator. Each restaurant is assigned to one active owner. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of menu content published through their account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Publish false, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other restaurants' data or accounts
• Use the Service to distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Scrape or bulk-extract data without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your menu content and uploaded images. You grant the Service a limited license to display and serve that content to visitors of your menu pages.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Billing

Billing is handled manually. Payment terms are agreed upon during onboarding. Failure to pay may result in suspension of public menu pages.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
